(1) 5T hydraulic decoiler+coil car

• Internal diameter of coil: variable, from 470 mm to 520 mm

(2) Feeding & Leveling

• Leveling: to make the sheet in flat then go to the punching. three rollers over four
• Material of roller:: Gcr15, 58-62 HRC hardness
• Logo by roller, logo information and size will be provide by customer

(3) Punching

• Two punching stations for make the holes as drawing showed.

• Roller material: GCR15 quenched 58°-62 and hard chrome
• Shaft diameter: ￠100mm material: SAE1045 with tempering
• Drive by gear box for each stations

(5) Hydraulic cutting system

• Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length
• Material of blade:Cr12, 58-62 HRC hardness

• Length measuring: Automatic encoder length measuring
• Tolerance of length: +/- 1.5mm for each piece end product
