How to maintain the machine
1. Gear box
① Every three months check the oil in the gear box if it is enough.
② Every six months check the oil in the gear box if it is dirty, if dirty please replace all. Noted, before you change the oil, put away the old oil first, then add new gear oil.
③ Gear oil No: 330# gear oil.
④ How much gear oil you need to add: when add the gear oil, added to the viewport position is ok.
2. Reducer
① Every three months check the oil in the reducer if it is enough.
② Every six months check the oil in the reducer if it is dirty, if dirty please replace all. Noted, before you change the oil, put away the old oil first, then add new gear oil.
③ Gear oil No: 330# gear oil.
④ How much gear oil you need to add: when add the gear oil, added to the viewport position is ok.
3. Screw of cutting system
① Add high speed grease.
② According the attrition of the grease, usually 30 days add one time.

Machine loading,packing and shipping
Usually the machies will be transported to the customer's workshop by shipping in containers. Sometimes, it aslo can be deliveried by train containers.
The container that we are use are commonly 20 feet and 40 feet containers. 2 feet and 40 feet high containers and top open containers are used as well.
It depends on the machines the customer ordered. We will try our best to find a most economical way for you.
